Little Adams Peak
One of the best ways to spend a morning in Ella is to tackle
the beautiful short walk up to the top of Little Adam's Peak, a pyramid-shaped
rock which stands opposite the far larger Ella Rock and offers marvelous views
out over the hills The walk makes a very pleasant morning's excursion, and is
fairly gentle and largely flat, apart from a small amount of climbing near the
end.

Rawana Waterfall
The 25m-high Ravana Falls cascades from an oval-shaped
concave rock outcrop. In the dry season, the flow of water is markedly reduced,
whereas rain turns the fall into what is said to resemble an area flower with
withering petals. Forming part of the Ravana Ella Wildlife Sanctuary, the
source of the fall is the Bandarawela Hill Oya Reservoir, and it flows to the
Kirindi Oya Reservoir. There are great accommodation in Ella . So you should try at least once in your lifetime.
Duhinda Falls
Duhinda Falls, Sri Lanka is located 5 km north of Badulla on
the Badulla - Taldena Road. The falls are the highest on the Badulu Oya River
that flows on the mountain border of the Uva highlands and eventually
surrenders itself to the Mahaweli Ganga. It is said to be the most awesome
waterfall of the country. Dunhinda undoubtedly is considered a plume is Badulla
and Sri Lanka’s crown because of its spectacular down pour. Its water smashes
on the bouldered surface with high velocity and falls down into a large pool.

The magnificent Nine Arch Bridge between Ella and Demodara stations are just a few kilometres along the track from the Demodara station. This bridge, which is nearly 100 years old, has been built with blocks of stone and cement without any reinforcing iron or concrete. The tall arches take the bridge on a semi circular path to connect to mountains.
